Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead the execution and production of events in their city. The Show Experience Lead will work closely with regional and local teams to ensure seamless event execution and foster strong relationships with crew, artists, and hosts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Execution: Ensure high-quality experiences and safety at every show produced by managing day-of event operations and supplies.
  • Liaison Role: Facilitate connections between Sofar and local communities, representing the organization for local media opportunities.
  • Local Events: Develop and host local events to bring the team and community together, promoting a sense of belonging among stakeholders.
  • Talent Acquisition: Scout and recommend artists, venues, crew, and community partners that align with Sofar's values.
  • Continuous Improvement: Work shows regularly (up to 15 per month) and provide recommendations for improvement, driving growth and innovation in the region.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have people management experience, a sincere approach to work and communications, and be organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about building and supporting local communities.
