Job Title:

Senior Site Manager

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in the execution of our construction plans on site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement compliance to project plans, including construction management, program, and workplace relations management.
  • Lead and support the team to coordinate procurement, delivery, and installation of plant, amenities, and materials.
  • Develop strong working relationships with external stakeholders and act as the primary contact for subcontractor representatives, employees, and their representatives.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Trade Qualification related to Construction.
  • 10+ years construction experience, with 5+ years management experience.
  • Extensive experience in all relevant aspects of on-site construction.
  • Training and experience in managing on-site safety and personnel issues.
