We are seeking a skilled Dietitian to join our team at Plena Healthcare, working with clients in our aged care facilities and communities to provide nutrition assessments and interventions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide integrated ongoing dietetic services to regular Leading Nutrition clients in the aged care sector.
- Work collaboratively with our team to support clients in achieving their health and wellbeing goals.
- Conduct nutrition assessments and develop personalized plans to improve client outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Dietetics.
- Current DA registration.
- Willingness to obtain NDIS workers screening and National Police Check.
- Australian working rights.
- Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination.
