About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dietitian to join our team at Plena Healthcare, working with clients in our aged care facilities and communities to provide nutrition assessments and interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide integrated ongoing dietetic services to regular Leading Nutrition clients in the aged care sector.
  • Work with a range of clients to support their nutritional needs and promote healthy eating habits.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Dietetics.
  • Current DA registration.
  • Willingness to obtain NDIS workers screening and National Police Check.
  • Australian working rights.
  • Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination.
