Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Childcare Attendant to join our team at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs. As a Childcare Attendant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare services to our young members, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional childcare services to children aged 3 months to 4 years, including activities, meals, and rest periods.
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment for children, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and deliver engaging activities and programs for children, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Work collaboratively with parents and other staff members to ensure seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, meals, and activities, as required.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in childcare and education.

Requirements:

  • Current Working with Children's Check (WWC) and First Aid & CPR certificate.
  • Experience in a similar role working with children aged 3 months to 4 years.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and school holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality childcare services and promoting the well-being of children.
