Speech Pathologist Role

We are a national NDIS provider delivering Allied Health support in various locations across Australia to thousands of participants in the community.

This role offers an opportunity for Speech Pathologists to work in the community providing much-needed services to participants. The successful candidate will have a passion for working with people with disabilities and a willingness to adapt to new situations.

  • Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner.
  • Deliver speech pathology services to participants within schools homes and the local community.
  • Use clinical observations standardized assessments and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions that help participants get more out of life.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload.
  • A proactive attitude motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas.
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
