Your Responsibilities?

Manage your allocated caseload and deliver timely, quality therapeutic servicesProvide essential speech pathology support to participants in schools, homes, and the communityUse clinical observations and standardised assessments to develop individualised treatment goalsDeliver evidence-based interventions that help participants improve their quality of lifeCollaborate closely with a multidisciplinary teamMentor graduates and early career clinicians (for senior therapists)Stay up to date with current NDIS legislation and ensure compliance

What We're Looking For

Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology AustraliaExperience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduationExcellent time management and organisational skills to handle a varied caseloadA proactive and motivated approach, eager to learn and innovateSomeone who thrives in a fun, collaborative, and supportive work environment
