About the Role
We are seeking a Works Monitoring Officer to join our team at Service Stream. As a Works Monitoring Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient completion of all VRMC Works.
Key Responsibilities
- Track Works Delivery in real-time to minimize disruption and access issues for road users and communities.
- Coordinate responses to network incidents and emergencies, updating the DTP Traffic Management Centre in relation to traffic management measures and/or disruptions.
- Liaise with Inspectors, Supervisors, and the Pre-Works team to prioritize completion of urgent hazard rectification works identified during a shift.
- Apply jeopardy management principles and escalation protocols to maintain compliance with Section 750 PB requirements and contract KPIs and internal performance metrics.
- Produce Shift Completion reports, highlighting any negative variances to the Shift Plan.
About You
We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in monitoring, coordinating, or delivering high-volume works in a road maintenance or civil construction environment. You will have a minimum of three years' experience and a commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement.
