Job Summary


We are currently looking for a skilled Visual Merchandiser to join our State Leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving brand consistency and delivering business outcomes across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities



  • Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities to vary VM Brief to maximise sales
  • Review store profits to ensure all stores are operating at optimal shop profit levels
  • Create and maintain positive working relationships with RM's to deliver business outcomes
  • Coach all new Store Managers on VM standards using VM training plans and provide ongoing feedback
  • Support the Brand team in recognising and contributing to VM succession planning
  • Establish a flexible plan to ensure all stores within the state/region receive regular quality VM support
  • Comply with and drive Health & Safety Policies and Procedures
  • This role will include working on key trade days outside of a Mon to Fri roster as required (eg Black Friday, Boxing Day)

To succeed in this role, you must be passionate and committed to delivering exceptional results. You will have a proven record in Multi Site Merchandising, outstanding leadership, communication and planning skills, and business acumen.
