Elevate Your Career

As a Rehabilitation Consultant | Provisional Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor, you will identify and address critical risk factors impacting workers' ability to return to work. Provide strategies to address these factors in practice.

  • Complete return-to-work case management for injured workers under the WorkCover scheme.
  • Offer holistic support to restore individuals' highest level of functional performance through assessments such as Initial Needs Assessment, Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace Assessments, and Vocational Assessments.
  • Deliver Vocational Counselling and facilitate interventions, well-being programs, training, and upskilling.
  • Collaborate and liaise with individuals, employers, medical, and allied health professionals.

What You Need to Succeed

  • AHPRA registration as a Provisional Psychologist (4+2 and 5+1 pathways welcome to apply), supported by a relevant qualification.
  • ASORC registration as a Rehabilitation Counsellor (Full or Associate), supported by a relevant qualification.
  • Current drivers' license and access to own transport.
  • Ability to obtain a Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
  • Full Australian Working Rights.
