Financial Performance Partner

The role will contribute to our Finance and Operations Teams by providing financial insights, analysis, and strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver monthly P&L reports and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to create annual budgets and bi-annual forecasts aligned with objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reports, including variance analysis and KPI tracking to management and stakeholders.
  • Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate potential business initiatives and investment opportunities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Identify process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance financial operations and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimisation, revenue enhancement, and profitability initiatives.

About You**

We are looking for a forward-thinking professional with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA/CPA qualified preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in an accounting or analyst role.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Medium to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
