Job Title: Parts Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Operations Specialist to join our team. This hands-on role will involve overseeing day-to-day operations, working closely with the Service and Sales departments, and collaborating with clients in remote areas to meet realistic KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with customers both internally and externally.
  • Provide expert parts advice and support to customers.
  • Investigate customer issues and rectify to a successful outcome.
  • Liaise with service, sales, warranty, and workshop staff.
  • Manage parts inventory, including monitoring stock levels.
  • Perform warehouse duties such as picking, packing, dispatching, and receiving where necessary.
  • Respond to and process incoming phone, email, and face-to-face inquiries.
  • Maintain high accuracy in part interpretation and processing orders.
  • Responsible for stock orders and stock takes.
  • Ensure timely processing and dispatch of orders to clients.
  • Arrange shipment of orders with local couriers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of parts for heavy-duty vehicles.
  • Ability to work autonomously while being part of a team.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge of freight processes for delivery of goods to customers.
  • Forklift license is required.
  • Experience with Pentana software is an advantage.
