We are seeking a seasoned Transfer Pricing expert to join our team as a Manager or Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply complex transfer pricing concepts and business, economic, and financial knowledge to help resolve client challenges. Support Partners on high-level engagements, including transfer pricing planning, operational transfer pricing, compliance requirements and all forms of tax authority engagement (including reviews, audits, and Advance Pricing Arrangements).
  • Manage engagements and maintain day-to-day client relationships, including participating in meetings with clients and tax authorities. Review transfer pricing analyses, documentation, and models prepared by team members to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Mentor, train, and support the development of team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages growth and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 5+ years (Manager) / 7+ years (Senior Manager) of experience in Transfer Pricing within a top-tier accounting firm, corporate, tax consulting, or legal environment. You should demonstrate good drafting skills, the ability to apply facts to Transfer Pricing legislation, and advise clients on the implications.
