A key leadership role is available for a Centre Manager to drive the operational success of the Snow Centre for Immune Health at Australia's leading biomedical research institute.

About the Position

The Snow Centre for Immune Health is a pioneering initiative that aims to revolutionize the understanding and treatment of immune diseases. The centre, a collaboration between WEHI and the Royal Melbourne Hospital, brings together world-class researchers to accelerate discoveries in immune health. Our goal is to identify early disease markers and develop targeted treatments. The centre has been established in partnership with the Snow Medical Research Foundation.

Reporting to the co-Centre Director, the Centre Manager will provide strategic direction and leadership to achieve the Snow Centre for Immune Health's vision. This role will work closely with WEHI's Professional Services team to establish the operating model for the centre and oversee its day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Specialist Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operational management with a strong track record of delivering strategic objectives.
  • (Desirable) Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration or a related field.

Terms of Appointment

This is a full-time position available for 2 years. Salary is Research Support Employee Level 10 ($166,498 – $180,221). Up to 17% superannuation and attractive salary packaging options are available.
