About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Project Manager to lead our projects across the Logan and Gold Coast Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of our civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily site inspections and oversee onsite teams and plant, including subcontractors
  • Manage construction planning, programming, and completion schedules
  • Procurement and allocation of necessary project resources
  • Cost tracking and reporting to Project Manager
  • Quality Assurance documentation
  • Contract Administration, including NODs/EOTs, notices, reporting, claims
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Civil Construction, previous experience in delivering subdivision projects will be highly regarded
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills
