We are seeking a highly skilled data scientist to lead the development and integration of data science capabilities across our organisation.

About the Role
  • Lead the development of data strategies, guiding the development of data systems and mentoring a team of data scientists.
  • Drive key cross-functional initiatives that enhance our product ecosystem.
Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement AI-enabled features across medical products and services.
  2. Evaluate and ensure compliance with relevant regulations in a regulated environment.
  3. Mentor and lead a team of data scientists through a technical guild.
  4. Shaping our data science strategy in alignment with product innovation roadmaps.
  5. Collaborate with internal and external partners to build shared data infrastructure.
  6. Support research partnerships and participate in data-rich innovation projects.
  7. Act as a technical expert for select R&D initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Essential Skills:

  • Data science experience in the Healthcare industry, preferably within medical devices for chronic disease.
  • Technical expertise in machine learning, statistical methods, and data pipeline architecture.
  • High creativity and strong track record of innovation.
  • Strong planning and execution abilities in complex environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams.

Ideal Skills:

  • Post-graduate qualification in data science, machine learning, or related discipline.
  • Strategic foresight and long-term planning capabilities.
  • Familiarity with intellectual property creation and technology evaluation.
