Job Title: Voice Research Coordinator

Job Description

The La Trobe Communication Clinic's gender-affirming voice research team seeks a skilled and passionate individual to coordinate and contribute to ongoing research work. The selected candidate will act as a central point of communication, supporting the team's work across various projects in different stages of development.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • An undergraduate degree in a relevant field or extensive experience with management expertise;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in small teams;
  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills with successful experience in managing staff and workflows;
  • Organisation and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently;
  • Research, evaluation, or interpretation of data skills;
  • A high level of self-motivation and personal management skills.
