Job Overview

The gender-affirming voice research team is seeking a coordinator to support ongoing research work.

This role acts as a central point of communication for the small research team, supporting multiple projects across various stages of development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and act as the central point of communication for the research team.
  • Support multiple ongoing projects across different stages of development.
  • Contribute actively to the research process and planning of future research.
Required Skills and Experience
  • An undergraduate degree in any relevant field with at least 4 years of subsequent experience; or extensive experience and management expertise; or an equivalent combination of relevant knowledge, training and/or experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in small teams.
  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills with experience in leading staff and managing workflows to promote a cohesive team.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing several projects concurrently.
  • Demonstrated skills in research, evaluation or interpretation of data.
  • High level of self-motivation and personal management skills.
