The Role

Manage and lead the Residential Care Program in Townsville, guiding a team to deliver safe, trauma-informed care for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, lead, motivate and manage a team Child & Family Practitioners and Youth Workers.
  • Oversee caseloads of direct reports and provide practical support as required.
  • Manage the Family Intervention Service, ensuring compliance with legislation, standards, contractual requirements, and internal policy.
  • Ensure delivery of program services in accordance with local business plans and in line with client needs and plans.
