Six Degrees Executive has partnered with a specialist high-rise builder and developer to deliver a premium multi-residential project on the Gold Coast, valued at approximately $90 million. As the Structural Foreman, you will work under an experienced Site Manager, coordinating and managing all trades to ensure timely completion, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a bespoke multi-residential project that meets the highest standards of quality and excellence.
  • Oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring subcontractors adhere to the project schedule and deadlines.
  • Maintain health and safety protocols on-site, adhering to relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with building regulations, planning permissions, and company guidelines.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and defect management to ensure the project's integrity.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment before handing over the project.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a structural or general foreman, working on high-end multi-residential projects exceeding $25 million in value.
  • Proven expertise in the structural stages of a project, with a strong understanding of construction practices, regulations, and health and safety requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to coordinate trade activities and manage programs effectively.
  • QBCC supervisor's license and an unrestricted driver's license are essential qualifications.
  • Relevant trade-based qualifications or certifications are highly desirable for this role.
