The contractor is a leading real estate and construction firm, specializing in luxury and commercial developments.

The company has delivered 815 premium residences across Southeast Queensland and has over 1,500 more in progress.

Job Description

The Senior Contract Administrator will be responsible for overseeing, reviewing, and administering all project contracts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contract Management: Ensure compliance with legal requirements and project specifications.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, forecast costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks within the contract framework.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Claims & Variations: Assess and manage claims, variations, and progress payments.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all contract-related activities comply with local and international regulations.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in contract administration, with 5-10 years in Southeast Queensland construction sector.
  • Exceptional knowledge of QBCC Contract Law and construction law.
  • Strong financial and negotiation acumen, with demonstrated experience in budget management and cost forecasting.
  • Candidates with strong trade relationships will be highly desirable.
Salary Package

An outstanding salary package will be offered to attract exceptional candidates.

The estimated salary for this role is around AUD 120,000 - AUD 150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
