We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality assessment and therapy services.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct evidence-based assessments and provide targeted interventions to support individuals with developmental delays and/or disabilities.
- Collaborate with colleagues in a multidisciplinary context to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to ensure delivery of best-practice services and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and current SPA Registration.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment.
- Strong passion for working with individuals with disabilities and their families, with a commitment to empowering them to achieve their goals and participate fully in their community.
