Job Title: Lead Visual Effects Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Visual Effects Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the production department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all visual effects projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the VFX pipeline, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with artists, supervisors, and producers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the workflow of the paint/roto team to ensure efficient delivery of elements to compositors
  • Assist in bidding and scheduling of VFX shots
  • Attend Dailies and follow up with the team regarding notes, fixes, etc.
  • Maintain accurate records of shot progress and status
  • Provide clear direction and priorities to crew members
  • Monitor shot and sequence progress
Requirements:
  • At least 4+ years of feature film VFX work experience
  • Nuke experience required
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and strong communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Team player who takes direction well
  • Dependable under pressure with attention to detail
