Professional Payroll Administrator

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for approximately 400 fortnightly EBA staff and 500 monthly staff across the Civica business.
You will work in a demanding and fast-paced environment with strict deadlines. To succeed in this position, you should be a self-starter, problem solver, and have impeccable attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Full cycle payroll processing
- Calculating payments in line with Enterprise Agreement, Awards, Legislation, and contractual obligations
- Reviewing, scrutinizing, and preparing Payroll Upload Data working files (Leave, Timesheets)
- Setting up, updating, and maintaining employee files
- Maintaining payroll working files, spreadsheets, and registers
- Email inbox management
- Providing exceptional customer service and support on general payroll queries
- Investigating and resolving payroll queries in a timely manner
- Undertaking other duties as directed by the Payroll Manager
- Preparing statutory reports and payments
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and reporting entities (ATO, Centrelink, Superfunds, ADP)
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Cross-training and providing payroll support across Civica ANZ entities
- Ensuring confidentiality in all matters pertaining to payroll and personnel
You are expected to observe and comply with Civica's Information Security policies and processes. You must adhere to all policies and procedures related to Information Security and cooperate with any internal or external security audits or investigations.
