Job Opportunity: Aged Care Nursing Leadership

About the Role

This position plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care to residents, while guiding and developing the nursing team.

  • Lead a team of nursing staff and personal care staff, providing support and guidance to ensure high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Maintain quality standards, monitor performance, and implement best practices ensuring compliance.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams and facility managers to tailor care to individual resident needs.

Applicants will have 3 years' experience as an RN within Aged Care. Demonstrated leadership skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills are essential.
