Your Key Responsibilities at a Glance
- Deliver high-quality clinical care aligned with AHPRA standards
- Lead and support a multidisciplinary team of Enrolled Nurses and Care Assistants
- Build and implement resident-focused care plans and assessments (including ACFI)
- Liaise with families, doctors, and allied health professionals to coordinate care
- Actively participate in accreditation, documentation, and continuous improvement
- Be a champion of safety, wellbeing, and infection control
You'll collaborate closely with our management team to create a collaborative, forward-thinking care team.
What You Will Bring to the Role
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Understanding of aged care standards and the Residential Classification Scale
- National Police Certificate or willingness to obtain
- Experience with ACFI and aged care documentation
- Knowledge of government aged care standards and accreditation
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
- Genuine commitment to quality of life for older Australians
