Job Summary

We're a leading investment firm with a strong presence in the market.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead research projects to enhance existing strategies and develop new ones.
  • Contribute to designing and implementing systematic equity portfolios.
  • Develop quant investment processes and infrastructure.
  • Provide expertise in domestic and global systematic strategies, portfolio optimisation / construction and trade execution.
  • Ensure compliance with all portfolio guidelines and processes.
  • Monitor and report on our investments including performance vs risk / return expectations and modify these where necessary.
  • Provide quantitative research and thought leadership for the equities team, including factor specific research and simulation work.

We're looking for a sharp quant analyst with a demonstrated track record of delivering high quality research to inform robust portfolio decision making and performance.

As a Senior Quant Analyst, you'll be self-motivated and driven, inherently inquisitive, able to work autonomously and effectively as part of a broader team to achieve positive outcomes.

You'll have a strong background in equity markets, quantitative modelling techniques, and programming skills in Python, R or similar.

Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in a quant equities analyst role, with a proven track record working collaboratively and contributing toward a high performing investment team.

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering high quality research.
