The Job

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager/Senior Account Manager to join our ANZ team. As an expert in diagnostic advice and business development, you will work closely with various stakeholders to defend and extend customer contracts and value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with our National Sales Manager to create and deliver annual strategies to drive business growth
  • Lead projects that meet customer satisfaction goals
  • Use CRM tools to track and report progress
  • Become a trusted advisor to our customers
  • Maintain and develop key customer relationships
  • Contribute to delivering strong brand awareness through events and product presentations
  • Evaluate and collaborate on scientific projects with Product Management
  • Support our Laboratory Diagnostic sales team to achieve National account goals

About You

To succeed in this role, you must be a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with significant experience in a clinical diagnostics lab or with IVD supply companies. Ideally, you should have managerial experience and a proven track record of success.

You will need to demonstrate strong interpersonal/communication skills, emotional intelligence, and personal integrity to represent our company and brands effectively. A passion for learning and growth is essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Impressive Biomedical Science qualifications and experience in a clinical laboratory.
  • Demonstrated hands-on and managerial experience in the field.
  • Excellent PC and software skills.
  • A helpful/advisory attitude.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to travel interstate and overseas.
  • A valid driver's licence and passport.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Respect for safe workplace practices, including compliance with public health orders.
  • Ambition to advance your career with your capabilities.
