Purpose of the role- Conduct on-site audits against management system standards and provide expertise to clients.
- Lead and conduct audits independently or in teams, following requirements and our client promise.
- Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to clients, providing clear corrective action guidance.
- Develop effective partnerships to secure business relationships and foster opportunities for growth and client satisfaction.
- Recommend issuing, re-issuing, or withdrawing certificates and verification statements, adhering to policies and procedures.
- Provide accurate information to stakeholders and ensure client records are up to date.
- Plan and schedule workloads efficiently to maximize revenue.
- Maintain and enhance auditor skills and knowledge of technical and management system standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting ethical behavior and services.
- Represent the brand effectively.
- Book audits 3 to 6 months in advance and schedule follow-up audits proactively.
- Produce high-quality, accurate client reports promptly.
- Identify and discuss business development opportunities with clients.
- Exceed audit delivery targets and maintain high productivity.
