About the Job

We are seeking skilled Production Team Members to join our food processing facility in Bairnsdale. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring quality and reliability on production lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operating machinery and equipment on food processing lines
  • Achieving output and line speed targets within set timeframes
  • Working in fast-paced production environments, maintaining quality and reliability
  • Ensuring food safety standards are met through strict adherence to protocols
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working area
About You
  • A proactive attitude with an invested interest in continuous improvement and career advancement
  • Must be physically fit, able to repetitively lift between 15-20kg
  • Be willing to work in a cold environment (between 2-4 degrees), we provide personal protective equipment
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills
  • Be eager to learn and adapt to daily challenges
  • Prior experience in FMCG or the food industry is highly regarded but not essential
  • Awareness and understanding of food safety, quality assurance and HACCP principles would be advantageous
  • Flexibility to work overtime hours as required
  • Police checks are mandatory as part of the recruitment process
