Research Governance Leader
At our institution, we are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the development and implementation of research governance activities. The successful candidate will oversee research compliance processes and lead the Ethics, Integrity and Biosafety team.
About the Role
- Provide expert technical knowledge and strategic advice on research ethics and integrity matters;
- Develop and implement frameworks, policies, and procedures for research governance;
- Lead achievement of compliance and governance goals, priorities, and KPIs.
Requirements
- Demonstrated high-level analytical skills and experience in systematic review and implementation of continuous improvements;
- Extensive experience in policy development, procedure management, and process improvement;
- Understanding of data integrity and governance principles;
- Experience with research management information systems.
