Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Port Pirie, working with a diverse client base of children and adults with various physical and intellectual disabilities. As an Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to provide care in clients' homes, community settings, or our office, with flexibility to meet client goals and performance expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate clinical supports using evidence-based practice frameworks.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement client plans.
- Conduct home and community visits as required, providing coaching and advice to team members and carers.
- Facilitate therapeutic groups and workshops, promoting client engagement and participation.
- Maintain accurate documentation and attend meetings as necessary.
