Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to lead our Paediatric and NDIS services in rural and remote communities.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Senior Occupational Therapist. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of high-quality Occupational Therapy services for paediatric and NDIS clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and enhance our Paediatric and NDIS services in rural and remote communities.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy services for paediatric and NDIS clients.
  • Operate within a vibrant multidisciplinary team, providing expert clinical and consultancy services across the region.
  • Mentor and guide less experienced therapists, playing a key role in their professional growth and ensuring excellence in patient care throughout the community.

Requirements

  • Must hold a recognised qualification within the Occupational Therapy profession.
  • Be eligible for practicing membership of the relevant Professional Association.
  • For professions requiring Registration, all requirements to obtain and maintain current registration must be fulfilled.
  • For self-regulated professions, it's desirable to participate in the professional association accredited continuing professional development program.

Selection Criteria

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing Occupational Therapy services.
  • Excellent clinical and consultancy skills.
  • Ability to mentor and guide less experienced therapists.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
