Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Kit Professional to play a critical role in our fulfillment team. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with Operations and Sales Teams to ensure accurate and timely preparation of surgical kits.

Responsibilities
  • Packing, dispatching, and tracking surgical loan kits and implants for hospitals and specialist rooms
  • Receiving, inspecting, and restocking returned kits to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet surgeon and sales representative requirements
  • Managing implant inventory for hospital consignment locations, ensuring availability for critical procedures
  • Accurately transacting all products in the ERP system, following standard operating procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in MedTech loan kit operations, preferably within a Kit Room environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in kit preparation and inventory management
  • Flexibility, initiative, and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills, balancing competing priorities effectively
