About The Role

As a Store Team Member, you'll be the face of the organization and embody our famous friendly service. You'll work throughout the store, performing various tasks such as restocking shelves, preparing online orders, and providing exceptional customer service.



Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, acknowledging, and thanking customers.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Assist customers with product queries and direct them to relevant products.
  • Maintain a well-stocked and tidy store environment.
  • Process online orders efficiently and effectively.
