Key Responsibilities

Observing and informing teaching practices to ensure continuous improvement

Collaborating with Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to drive program development

Maintaining strong knowledge of Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Recruiting, mentoring and supervising a high-performing team

Developing and implementing curriculum plans that meet individual child needs

Qualifications and Skills

A Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification is essential

A strong understanding of Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
