We are seeking an experienced and skilled Business Administration Coordinator to join our team at Yorke And Northern Local Health Network. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide high-level support services to ensure the effective management of our department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the hospital switchboard and reception area to provide a positive first impression for patients and visitors
  • Create, store, retain and dispose of resident records in accordance with health regulations and guidelines
  • Maintain accurate data entry into Chiron and Working Systems to support efficient resident management
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Office software to track patient information and statistics
  • Provide administrative support for accreditation processes as required

Requirements

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is $29.57 - $31.81 per hour + 25% casual loading. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including:
