  • Manage business enablers, including financials, budget, expenses, and cash, to optimize store performance.
  • Execute operations projects and initiatives, ensuring inventory, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities are maintained and maximized.
  • Lead the floor, providing a high-quality guest experience, and oversee people-related actions, such as payroll, time-off approvals, and documentation.
