Food Service Associate Role

Delivering exceptional service is at the heart of this role. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment that's fun and supportive.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide professional service to guests across various event formats
  • Set up and pack down food and beverage stations, including bars and buffets
  • Take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle payments efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and event teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
