We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our dedicated team in Hervey Bay. This role is crucial in fostering client independence and enhancing their overall quality of life.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal Care Worker, with Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (or an equivalent qualification). They will possess strong interpersonal skills, be proficient in personal care tasks, and demonstrate excellent time management abilities.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with essential personal hygiene activities, such as bathing, showering, and dressing, ensuring their comfort and dignity are upheld.
- Deliver customized, person-centered care that reflects each client's individual needs, preferences, and routines.
- Assisting with daily activities, in home and community.
