Landscaping Professional Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and experienced laborer to join our team at Green by Nature. As a landscape construction laborer, you will be responsible for constructing and maintaining high-quality landscapes for various projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of design and functionality.
Our ideal candidate has proven experience in landscape construction or a related field and is proficient in the use of landscaping tools and machinery. They must also be able to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions and work well in a collaborative team environment.
Job Responsibilities:- Execute various landscape construction tasks, including turfing, paving, retaining walls, and planting.
- Install hardscapes such as pathways, patios, and water features.
- Build timber structures and features, such as pergolas, decking, and fences.
- Construct brick and block structures.
- Build and install retaining walls to support landscape designs and prevent soil erosion.
- Perform softscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers, and maintaining garden beds.
- Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
We offer a competitive salary of $55 per hour, which is above the industry average. You will also receive access to prerequisite training to excel in your role, a supplied uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE), and engagement in team social events. Our annual pay reviews ensure that you can continue to grow with us.
Requirements:To be considered for this position, you must have a valid driver's license and additional certifications, such as a White Card, are preferred. You should also be punctual, dependable, and committed to excellence.
