Job Title: Pricing Manager

This is a pivotal role within our organization where you will play a key part in supporting the Pricing Strategy on our largest lending portfolio.

  • Developing robust analytical capabilities to drive portfolio pricing optimisation and execute strategic pricing changes and initiatives.
  • Identifying and leading pricing initiatives with strong collaboration and effective communication within the team and across support functions.
  • Contributing to the team's focus on developing insights and analytics, providing tool support, and enhancing reporting, governance, and project management.
  • Performing ad-hoc data analysis and deep dives to support decision-making, effectively communicating complex material in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Monitoring and acting on competitor, regulatory, customer, and industry changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of financial services experience in a high-performing environment within Retail Banking, Product, Risk, or Finance.
  • Home Buying Product/Pricing experience within a Finance or equivalent discipline.
  • A degree qualification in a business, finance, or scientific field.
  • Commercial acumen, professional judgement, and a risk mindset.
