The director will ensure the highest quality care, recreation, and leisure programs for children, maintaining a strong emphasis on their social, emotional, and interpersonal development.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership roles, with experience in training, quality improvement, support, and maintaining standards of service. They will also possess an ACECQA-NQF approved qualification, HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting, and a Certificate of completion for Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education and Care Training.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a passionate and dedicated team to create a supportive work atmosphere and deliver outstanding programs that promote children's growth and development.
- Maintain the highest quality care, recreation, and leisure programs for children.
- Ensure the highest quality service, placing a strong emphasis on the social, emotional, and interpersonal development of children.
- Promote continuous learning and professional development among educators.
- A strong leadership experience, including training, quality improvement, support, and maintaining standards of service.
- An ACECQA-NQF approved qualification.
- HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting.
- A Certificate of completion for Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education and Care Training.
- A part-time opportunity involving 33 hours per week.
