Key Responsibilities
  • Train and Develop Frontline Staff: Provide training and development opportunities to frontline staff to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Meet new member and growth targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Provide Exceptional Guest Experience: Provide exceptional guest experience in person and over the phone to existing and prospective members and guests.
  • Lead Generation: Assist in lead generation through digital and traditional marketing activities.
  • Tour and Sales: Conduct tours of the centre/facility as necessary to turn prospective members/guests into ongoing members.
  • Roster Management: Set rosters in line with business budgets.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Compile and present monthly reports.
Requirements
  • Experience in Sales and Customer-Facing Environment: Proven experience in a sales and customer-facing environment.
  • Team Leadership: Experience leading teams in the health, fitness, leisure, or recreation industries is highly regarded.
  • Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business needs and processes as pertaining to KPIs, budgets, and service standards.
  • Interpersonal Skills: A people person with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility: Flexible to work days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Certifications: National Police Check and Working with Children Check, First aid and CPR.
