Electrical Reliability Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to join our team.
Job Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing electrical reliability engineering support to the fixed plant maintenance department. This includes developing new and existing maintenance strategies, leading electrical defect elimination investigations, and driving plant performance from an electrical aspect.
- This role requires strong technical expertise in electrical engineering, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ideal candidate will have experience with Citect/SCADA systems, reliability methods and techniques, and a knowledge of Australian Electrical & instrumentation installation Standards.
- A collaborative team player who can establish effective working relationships with other members of the reliability team and across other departments within the business is required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proficient use of CMMS systems such as SAP, AX or other similar software.
- Australian Electrical & instrumentation installation Standards knowledge.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
