Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team at Davidson. As a key member of our MSP, you will be responsible for delivering infrastructure projects, onboarding new clients, and providing senior technical support.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a leadership role and drive our technical operations forward. With a strong background in systems administration and engineering, you will be expected to manage complex IT projects, design and implement network solutions, and provide Level 3 technical support.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience operating as a Senior Systems Administrator/Systems Engineer - Level 3, with previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) being highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Scope, plan, and execute IT projects for SME clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Technical Support: Provide Level 3 support and manage technical escalations, resolving complex issues effectively.
  • System Administration: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Servers, Exchange, O365, and Active Directory environments.
  • Network Solutions: Design and implement LAN/WAN solutions, including firewalls, VPN, VLANs, and WiFi.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to operate in a professional manner and work closely with customers of all levels to resolve issues and improve their IT experience.
  • A strong team player who works closely with colleagues to resolve customer issues quickly and to the best of their ability.
  • Outstanding troubleshooting skills – able to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.
  • Strong work ethic – Looking for people who want to do the best job possible and are willing to go the extra mile for the customer.
Technical Skills Required
  • Expertise across the Microsoft suite of products – Windows OS, O365, Active Directory, Windows Servers, Exchange, and Hyper-V.
  • Solid Azure skills – previous experience migrating from on-prem to Cloud required.
  • Sound experience and understanding of networking – Configure routers, switches, TCP/IP concepts, DNS, etc.
Salary and Benefits
