Financial Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our finance function across multiple regions, including the establishment of subsidiaries. This role will suit someone with strong technical expertise and excellent attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all financial operations across Australia, USA, and UK entities, including Xero bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounting.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Xero bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounting across Australia, USA, and UK entities.
- Oversee accounts payable processes and ensure timely supplier payments.
- Monitor and reconcile inventory movements in Shopify, posting accurate entries in Xero.
- Manage integrations between Xero and other platforms.
- Process and reconcile intercompany charges across all group companies.
- Manage foreign currency transactions, supplier payments, and FX accounting.
- Prepare and review monthly payroll in line with statutory obligations.
- Prepare and submit Business Activity Statements (BAS) to the relevant authorities.
- Deliver accurate monthly reporting, analysis, and cash flow forecasting.
- Maintain company financial records in a secure environment.
