The Principal Civil Engineer will be responsible for:

  1. Participating in meetings with clients and stakeholders to discuss project requirements and progress.
  2. Mentoring junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  3. Reviewing designs to ensure they meet the required standards and regulations.
  4. Supporting project management and business development initiatives.

Requirements

Requirements
To be successful in this role, the candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • At least 12 years of experience in land development, subdivisions, earthworks, roadworks, drainage, and stormwater projects.
  • Strong knowledge of design standards and legislation.
  • Experience with CAD-based design systems.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
