Speech Pathologist Job Description

We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide life-changing speech pathology services to NDIS participants in Albury and surrounding areas. This role involves working with youth aged 9-17 or across the lifespan, allowing you to focus on your passion area.

No two days will be the same as a Speech Pathologist at Everyday Independence. You will work in diverse settings, including homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres. Our team works in the social model, using evidence-based measurement tools and skills in assessment to create therapy plans and provide life-changing support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create therapy plans and provide speech pathology services to NDIS participants
  • Work in diverse settings, including homes, schools, and community centres
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals
  • Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology
  • SPA Registration
  • A positive and flexible approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and a team player attitude
  • Commitment to personal and professional development
  • Valid driver's license
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Working with Children's Check

Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred but not essential. We are looking for individuals who resonate with our values and can seamlessly integrate into our dynamic environment.
