Job Description:
  • As an occupational therapist, you will work closely with children and their families to help them achieve their full potential. You will work in-clinic and in-community settings, collaborating with experienced clinicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Help children develop fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and other essential life skills through play-based interventions.
  • Educate and involve parents, carers, and others to facilitate the development and learning of children.
  • Assist children with developmental delays learn everyday tasks, such as bathing, getting dressed, and brushing their teeth.
  • Support children with behavioural issues maintain positive behaviours in all environments.

Requirements:
  • A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Eligibility for AHPRA registration upon graduating.
